INTERIOR DESIGN
We believe that all design disciplines need to work together; our interior design schemes are developed in close coordination with our in-house interior architecture, architectural design, lighting and landscaping design teams to ensure a harmonious aesthetic that results in exceptionally well executed, balanced and beautifully finished homes.
INTERIOR ARCHITECTURE
To uncover the full potential of the property, careful consideration is given to rethinking the general arrangements of the spaces involved and their layout, flow, proportion, spatial perception and usability all whilst respecting the original architectural bones of the building.
Once the general arrangements are established, internal architectural elements, such as staircases, door sets, ironmongery, stonework and internal detailing are designed.
LIGHTING DESIGN
Beautifully designed and carefully planned lighting; emphasising important architectural features and creating ambiences to set the overall scene is an integral part of any design.
Our in-house lighting designer works alongside Linda and her interior and architectural design teams. As the project is developed we regularly discuss how to integrate lighting, whether it be as part of the joinery, ceiling coffers or to light a particular project feature or piece of artwork.
BESPOKE FURNITURE
We love designing bespoke pieces that elevate a space either through their aesthetic qualities, using unusual materials and textures or by creating practical clever design solutions for difficult areas.
Meticulous attention to detail is key, to this end we work closely with our clients to ensure that all their requirements both aesthetic and practical are met.
PROCUREMENT
Once the detail design has been agreed a detailed cost plan is presented and shared privately online. This sets out the cost of each individual element per room and a summarised project total.
We offer our procurement service, where all items are supplied with the benefit of discounts as available. A procurement fee is charged to carry out the procurement process from price and lead time negotiation; through production, delivery and quality management, in order to maintain programme and to deal with any post delivery issues that may arise.
